Meditation Classes At Yoga Village

In our busy modern world it is very difficult for us to relax and enjoy . We have strong habits of getting angry, depressed and dissatisfied. Meditation is the method to make our mind peaceful and blissful. It helps to bring about a deep internal transformation so we experience the happiness and contentment we long for. In this class you will learn how to meditate as well as participate in various guided meditations in order to gain experience.

February  9: Impermanence - Learning to Let Go
February 23: Overcoming Anger
March 2: Improving Relationships - Meditation on Equanimity
March 16: Friend of the World – Developing Compassion
April 6: Understanding the Mind 1
April 20:  Calm and Focused in a Busy World

Time: 7:30pm - 8:30 pm

Registration: Just drop in, classes are $8 (reduced donation for students/unemployed)
