In our busy modern world it is very difficult for us to relax and enjoy . We have strong habits of getting angry, depressed and dissatisfied. Meditation is the method to make our mind peaceful and blissful. It helps to bring about a deep internal transformation so we experience the happiness and contentment we long for. In this class you will learn how to meditate as well as participate in various guided meditations in order to gain experience.
Each class will focus on a different meditation derived from the Buddhist tradition to help make the mind more peaceful, controlled and positive. These simple meditations can be practiced by everyone. No experience is necessary.
