Friday, September 21

with Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher, Kelsang Tabkay
$10 pre-registration; $15 at door (membership discounts apply)
Anger solves nothing. These three words tell us almost everything we need to know about the negative state of mind of anger, which causes so many problems for ourselves and others. What we also need to understand, however, is how to identify subtle layers of anger within our own mind, which creates stress and frustration.
In this Friday night lecture, learn practical methods for identifying and overcoming anger. The teaching will include a guided meditation to develop a peaceful state of mind. Everyone is welcome!
