Many people suffer from feelings of fear and constant anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. In this public talk and guided meditation, international meditation teacher and Buddhist monk, Gen-la Kelsang Jampa, will explore practical meditations and special ways of thinking that will help us to reduce and eventually let go of stress and anxiety. This talk is expected to sell out so make sure to register in advance to save your space.

There will be a 4 week follow up class series at KMC Phoenix with our
Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Tabkay.  

About the Teacher

Gen-la Kelsang Jampa is and internationally renowned ordained Buddhist teacher and the Deputy Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition -- International Kadampa Buddhist Union. Gen-la Jampa is well known for his clear and inspiring teachings and his ability to touch people's hearts through his sincerity and loving-kindness. He is currently the resident teacher at the International Kadampa Retreat Center Grand Canyon in Williams, Arizona.
