Weekly guided Meditation Classes
Our weekly meditation classes are perfect for beginners as well as those with more experience with meditation and Buddhism. Most classes include a practical teaching on developing inner peace, a guided meditation and time for questions. All classes are drop in, no need to pre-register. Everyone is welcome!

Buddha’s popular teaching on the Four Noble Truths offers a clear, simple solution, guiding us to an oasis of peace within our hearts.

Within the wisdom of Buddhist psychology and meditation, we can find many practical, logical, and immediately applicable tools that can help us deal with, and gradually transform, painful feelings.
Everyone is welcome to this special course that will help you understand, relate to, and gradually transform difficult feelings into causes for personal growth and development.
