Weekly guided Meditation Classes

Our weekly meditation classes are perfect for beginners as well as those with more experience with meditation and Buddhism. Most classes include a practical teaching on developing inner peace, a guided meditation and time for questions. All classes are drop in, no need to pre-register. Everyone is welcome!

We often worry about what will happen in the future and can sometimes feel a victim of circumstances. In this class series, we will see how understanding and meditating on karma can help us to shape the future we want to have and to protect ourselves from problems.

Meditations on compassion and wisdom have the power to solve our inner problems of stress, unhappiness, anger, and discouragement. They are the essence of the path that leads to our highest potential and a happy life. In this series join us for these transformative practices based on the text, The New Eight Steps to Happiness.

When our mind is busy and distracted, life becomes stressful. Join us as we learn four meditations that help us de-stress and de-clutter, so that we can begin to create and enjoy a relaxed and peaceful mind.
