Modern life is becoming increasingly busy and complicated. Sometimes it feels as if we are being pulled in many directions, and we can feel increasingly exhausted and stressed. In this free public talk, Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Tabkay will explain how we can begin to find mental balance and peace within the context of our life by learning to integrate meditation into whatever we do. This talk will include a guided meditation.

This talk will auspiciously occur on the anniversary of the founding of the New Kadampa Tradition -- International Kadampa Buddhist Union by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
