Although there is a growing interest in the practice of meditation, many people struggle with establishing a regular meditation practice. By establishing a regular and joyful meditation habit, we can deeply transform our life and experience the power of meditation. This talk and meditation with Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher Gen Tabkay will introduce how we can encourage ourself in our practice as well as explain our 10 day meditation challenge.
ABOUT the teacher
Gen Kelsang Tabkay is a Kadampa Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Phoenix. He has been a student of contemporary Buddhist Master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for many years. Gen Tabkay presents Buddhism and meditation in an accessible and clear way, dedicating himself to bringing peace into the hearts of others.
