Make it an evening out! This special event is held on the free day for the Phoenix Art Museum (starting at 3pm). Enjoy the artwork of the museum and then a life-changing meditation and teaching in the museum's main theatre, Whiteman Hall.

ABOUT the teacher
​
Gen-la Kelsang Jampa is an internationally renowned, ordained Buddhist teacher and the Deputy Spiritual Director of the NKT -IBKU.
As a senior NKT teacher, Gen-la Jampa has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years, and under Geshe-la's guidance has taught at many centers and events around the world. He is currently the resident Teacher at International Kadampa Retreat Center Grand Canyon. Gen-la is well-loved for his clear and inspiring teachings and his ability to touch people’s hearts through his sincerity and loving-kindness.
