Please join us for a free introductory talk to discover the benefits of the Foundation Program, a systematic and specially designed study and meditation program that provides deep insights into that will help you create a happy life. We will be beginning a new book, How to Understand the Mind, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. This book offers a deep insight into our mind and shows how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday experience to improve our lives.

The Foundation Program is a structured weekly study program by enrollment that involves a number of commitments that help support our practice including attending every weekly class (Sundays 2-4pm, with breaks for holidays) and studying small sections of the text in advance.

Each class includes brief prayers, guided meditation, commentary to the text by the teacher, and paired discussion.
