If we truly want to empower our mind with positive energy and live the most joyful life possible, it is essential we learn the practice of rejoicing. If we become skilled in this meditation we can increase our love and compassion and overcome minds of depression and discouragement. Each session will include teachings and guided meditations.

About the Teacher


Gen Kelsang Tabkay is a Kadampa Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Phoenix. He has been a student of contemporary Buddhist Master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for many years. Gen Tabkay presents Buddhism and meditation in an accessible and clear way, dedicating himself to bringing peace into the hearts of others.
