Living in greater physical solitude can afford us a great opportunity to go inwards and discover the happiness that comes through the practice of meditation. In this live streaming talk and guided meditation, Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Tabkay will explain how we can make the most of social distancing by developing the positive habit of meditation.


About the Teacher


Gen Kelsang Tabkay is a Kadampa Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Phoenix. He has been a student of contemporary Buddhist Master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for many years. Gen Tabkay presents Buddhism and meditation in an accessible and clear way, dedicating himself to bringing peace into the hearts of others. 


Kadampa Meditation Center Phoenix  is a non-profit organization established to bring inner peace to our busy, hectic lives. Through practicing the methods taught, everyone can discover lasting happiness from within.
