Many people are facing fear, uncertainty, boredom, and disruptions to daily routines with the current Covid-19 situation. It is easy to feel overwhelmed with these difficulties and to feel trapped.

Buddhist psychology offers profound and practical methods that can help us gain freedom from the states of mind that are blocking our peace. In particular, in this series you will learn practiacally how to gain freedom from 6 states of mind that are most damaging to our happiness and mental freedom.

This series will be based on the book How to Understand the Mind by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and can be purchased here for those wishing to follow along.

You will need to download the plugin to Zoom.com on your browser to participate only once.   Please check your spam, or other email filter files for an email from KMC Phoenix (Info@meditationinArizona.org) for the confirmation email. Please email Info@meditationInarizona.org if one is not received

Like so many others, we hope to be able to weather this time of being closed. We will still charge for classes in the hopes that we can stay afloat for the length of the closure. However, if you would like to attend classes but are experiencing financial difficulty due to the current situation, please contact our Admin Director Steven Roussel at ad@meditationinarizona.org to discuss how you can receive the teachings. We do not turn anyone away due to lack of funds.
