The Mediation Toolkit: 5 Minds to Harness for Happiness

Mondays 7 - 8:30pm

$10 per class, or free for monthly members

To be deeply happy, we need to develop our inner peace systematically through the practice of meditation. In order to meditate, we need to understand the parts of our mind and how we can harness them in meditation and special ways of thinking to develop this happiness. In this series, Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Tabkay will explain five minds we can harness for our meditation practice.

This series will be based on the book How to Understand the Mind by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Each class includes a relaxing breathing meditation, a teaching, a contemplative meditation, and a closing dedication. Each class can be attended individually or as a series.
