When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficulties, we immediately look for a source of blame for our unhappiness. We tend to blame others and develop resentment. We often blame ourself for our problems and grasp at our mistakes. Holding on to these things keeps us locked into the same cycles of destructive thoughts and behaviors. These habits prevent harmonious relationships with others.

Buddha gave many powerful explanations to help us understand how to stop grasping at the past and how to let go of mistakes, hurt and resentment through understanding the law of karma. Come and join us for a deep dive into these profound ways of thinking that have great power to liberate us from many of life’s difficulties.
