Live-Streaming Weekly guided Meditation Classes
ABOUT our classes
Meditation offers a way to deal with problems and stress. That's why the Kadampa Meditation Center Phoenix is now providing online classes to help people train their minds to gain a sense of inner peace and control during this difficult time.
Our weekly meditation classes are designed for those that are new to meditation and Buddhism and are perfect for beginners as well as those with more experience. They provide an introduction to meditation, mindfulness, and Buddhist teachings for daily life.
Although part of a monthly series, each class is stand alone. You can drop in any time. Information on the class topics can be found below.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, our classes are being delivered live online and registration is required in advance of the class. Some classes have fees and some are by donation, however, no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
Our classes are great for anyone. We welcome new attendees regardless of religious affiliation, race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity, or socioeconomic status.
On-Demand - If you are unable to make it to the live-stream class, just pre-register and you will be emailed a link to after to watch up to 72 hours after on your own time! Just register as you would for a normal class!
