ABOUT our classes

Our weekly meditation classes are perfect for beginners as well as those with more experience with meditation and Buddhism. Most classes include a practical teaching on developing inner peace, a guided meditation and time for questions. Everyone is welcome!



10am - 11:15am

This series of classes is based on the book How to Transform Your Life by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. It presents a series of Buddhist meditation practices to bring us closer and closer to an experience of inner peace and lasting happiness.

7:00pm - 8:30pm

Within all of us lies a source of infinite bliss and compassion for others. In this special meditation series, Gen Tabkay will introduce a meditation on the blissful nature of the mind itself that has the power to overcome distractions, increase our inner peace, and sharpen our wisdom. This meditation comes from an unbroken lineage of Buddhist masters and yogis and will be an experiential exploration as to how we can make progress in our meditation practice. Teachings from this series will be based on the book Clear Light of Bliss by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Everyone is welcome!

Every living being seeks happiness. The more we apply great meaning to the things in our life, the happier we will become. Join us as we learn 5 meditations from the initial scope of the stages of the path to enlightenment and learn how to make life extremely meaningful. Each class is drop-in and includes guided meditations and teachings.

12:00pm - 12:30pm

A brief introduction followed by a guided meditation to let go of negativity, heal your mind, and infuse the rest of your day with peace and inspiration.
