Monday
7:00pm - 8:30pm

We sometimes set up an all or nothing approach to success, feeling if we are not able do something perfectly then we are a failure. This is a dangerous mind-set, because it can lead to excessive self-criticism and discouragement, which blocks our capacity for learning and authentic spiritual growth. Through Buddhist psychology we can gain insight into this process and learn practical methods that will help us accept who and where we are, and make progress towards becoming the person we wish to be.

tuesday
midday meditation
12:00pm - 12:30pm
A brief introduction followed by a guided meditation to let go of negativity, heal your mind, and infuse the rest of your day with peace and inspiration.

wednesday
7:00pm - 8:00pm
The meditation on the four immeasurables (pure love, joy, compassion, and equanimity) which is a direct and powerful method to heal your heart, empower your mind with joy and peace, and create the basis for authentic peace in our society. Each class in this series will include brief explanation and guided meditation on this prayer, which can be practiced by anyone, regardless of background and belief.

friday

Join us for this meditation course and discover your mind’s limitless pure nature—clarity. Tap into a limitless resource of peace and experience your full spiritual potential.
