Gen Kelsang Lingpur

Resident Teacher

Gen Lingpur is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center in Tucson and Phoenix. She has been a student and disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 20 years. Gen Lingpur has been ordained as a Buddhist nun for many years and has taught in the New Kadampa Tradition in Arizona, California, New Mexico and Mexico. Having benefited greatly herself from the study of Buddhadharma, she is happy to give back by sharing her love of Buddha’s teachings. With a down-to-earth style, Gen Lingpur helps us to look at our situation in a new light and to transform negative minds into positive ones.

Geronimo Esparza has been studying and practicing at KMC Phoenix since 2009 and is currently studying on the Teacher Training Program. He is known for his love of Dharma, his lighthearted approach, and deep understanding of how help practitioners incorporate meditation into their daily life.

Phyllis Fargotstein has been a practitioner of KMC Phoenix for more than a decade and is currently a student on the Teacher Training Program. Phyllis is known for her loving heart, humor, and ability in connecting with Buddha's teachings.

Patti Blanco has been a student of Kadampa Buddhism, and a member of Kadampa Meditation Center Phoenix, for almost 20 years. She is delighted to share her understanding, experience, and love of Dharma with others.

Kelsang Tharden is a Kadampa Buddhist monk with over eight years of study and practice. Kelsang Tharden's understanding of Dharma and his practical approach make him a good teacher and role model for those seeking to integrate Buddhism into their daily lives. He is known for his calm and compassionate demeanor, and his ability to guide students with patience and wisdom.

Rob Anderson has been a student of Kadampa Buddhism since 2002, and is currently in the Teacher Training Program. Over the years, Rob has enjoyed learning and teaching how to integrate these teachings into our busy lives.
