We all seek protection in something. Buddhists seek ultimate refuge in the Three Jewels - Buddha, the omniscient doctor, Sangha, the kind spiritual nurses, and Dharma, the actual medicine that cures our mental pain. Learn how to engage in the practice of refuge both in retreat and in your daily life.
