Meditations for Modern Life
Meditation for Modern Life
Sundays 10:00am – 11:15am
With Gen Kelsang Tabkay
by donation ONLINE starting March 22nd
In each of these drop-in meditation classes, we will be learning meditations that will allow us to cultivate inner peace, wisdom, and will empower us with solutions to our daily problems. We all have within us the potential for peace and happiness, and cultivating this potential creates the harmony we seek. Each class includes a relaxing breathing meditation, a teaching, a contemplative meditation, and a closing dedication.
The current series topic will be exploring a series of meditations from the New Meditation Handbook by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Each class can be attended individually, no need to attend the entire series.
