Buddha said centuries ago that if we want to actualize our potential for lasting happiness if we want to have harmonious and open-hearted relationships, and if we want to experience a peaceful world then external changes will not be sufficient. We need to change our minds.

In this series, Gen Tabkay will present powerful meditations and practices given to us by Buddha to truly open our hearts. These methods give us the tools to destroy the destructive sense of ‘otherness’ so that we relate instead to people's humanity, giving rise to real connection and love.

Everyone is welcome.
