Session 2: 12pm - 1:15pm

In Kadampa Buddhism, compassion and wisdom are like two wings of a bird that will allow us to fly to the experience of enlightenment. Through developing these qualities in our mind and integrating them into our life we can solve all our inner problems. We will then be in a position to be of great benefit to others.

The Mind of all Yogas is a dynamic meditation taught by Buddha to strengthen and stabilize all our meditations of Sutra and Tantra. It unites our supreme compassionate good heart of bodhichitta with a deep realization of wisdom realizing emptiness, empowering us to become a modern-day Bodhisattva.

In this course, Gen Tabkay will give teachings on how to integrate the Five Forces to develop our conventional and ultimate bodhichitta and use this practice in our daily life.
