Have you been stressed out lately? In need of some mental peace and quiet? Or just looking to do something different on your day off? Take some time out and enjoy a relaxed Saturday morning engaging in a gentle guided meditation retreat, immersing yourself in a series of meditations to refresh, uplift and inspire your mind.

Everyone is welcome. No prior meditation experience is necessary.

What to expect in this retreat

  • Practical explanation of how to quiet your mind

  • Guided calming meditations

  • Brief discussion and Q&A

 

Session Times: 

Session 1: 10:00 - 11am

Session 2: 11:30 - 12:30pm
