Developing Inner Cool: The Secret to Stress Free Living • A 3 Week Meditation Series

In this series of classes, we will learn meditation techniques to remain balanced, flexible and peaceful in the midst of difficult situations and conflicts.
We will explore how to develop the cool, spacious mind of patience, the direct opponent to the mind of stress and anger, and in this way improve ourself and our relationships with others.
This drop-in series includes a brief guided meditation, an explanation of meditation and how to use it in daily life. Chairs are provided. Everyone is welcome.

About the Teacher
Gen Kelsang Tabkay is an American Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Phoenix.
He has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years. Gen Tabkay presents Buddhism and meditation in an accessible and clear way, dedicating himself to bringing peace into the hearts of others.
