Our lives are definitely busy. Most of the time it feels as if challenges and difficulties are just waiting for us. This can make life feel heavy and cause us to feel discouraged and hopeless. We may wonder if there is ever going to be a break from our problems. Join us as we learn four meditations that will help us begin to prepare and protect our mind. With a mind of preparation and protection we can generate a solution oriented mindset and face the problems that challenge us. With this practice we can finally begin to solve all our problems and finally enjoy a more peaceful mind and happy life.

In the 11th century the great meditation master Venerable Atisha presented a remarkable presentation of The Stages of the Path to Enlightenment.  Today we can become inspired by this ancient wisdom and apply it to our busy life in a practical and modern way. Join us as we engage in five meditations that will help us begin to understand situations better, deal with difficulties skillfully, and create the peace of mind we've always wished for.  We are truly fortunate!

About the Teacher

Geronimo Esparza has been studying and practicing at KMC Phoenix since 2009 and is currently studying on the Foundation Program. He is known for his love of Dharma, his lighthearted approach, and deep understanding of how help practitioners incorporate meditation into their daily life.
