Inner Freedom Through Purifcation
with Geronimo Esparza
The root of all our suffering is our negative karma — the imprints left on our mind by our negative actions of body, speech, and mind. But this karma is not fixed. Through sincere practice of the four opponent powers — regret, reliance, the opponent force, and promise — we have the ability to purify these previous negative actions and destroy the potentials of our past actions.
In this four-part series, we explore each power in depth — not just as concepts, but as living practices we can integrate into everyday life. Each session combines guided meditation with practical instruction, giving us the tools to genuinely transform our mind and move toward lasting inner peace.

World Peace Starts Here
Discover How to Create Meaningful Change
with Geronimo Esparza
In a world that often feels unstable and divided, we find ourselves asking: why is this happening – and what can I do about it?
In this series, we’ll explore these questions through the lens of Buddha’s teachings, looking at the deeper causes of conflict and the conditions that give rise to peace. Rather than feeling powerless or overwhelmed, we’ll learn practical ways to respond with clarity, compassion and inner strength.
By understanding how our own minds contribute to the collective experience, we can begin to participate in the solution without adding to the friction and conflict we see around us.

These classes will be based on the text How to Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
