Our mind can feel busy, intense, and stressful as we face the situations of this thing called life. We may often wonder if there is a way to help ourselves in the course of our experiences with the challenges and difficulties that seem to appear on a regular basis.
Join us as we engage in three meditations that help calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being. With a good intention to practice , eventually, we will be able to stay happy and positive all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.

In Buddhist practice it is important for us to aim in making our mind stronger. The practice of Lojong or Training the Mind offers us this precious opportunity. Join us as we learn some of the most profound techniques that cause our compassion to develop quickly. With compassion we can begin to see quick improvement in our connections with others and many aspects of our life. We truly have great potential!
