Discover How Karma Works
with Geronimo Esparza
To make lasting changes in our lives, it is important to understand the law of Karma. Buddha teaches us that every experience is a result of a previous cause, and each cause leads to conditions that create future experiences. By engaging in four meditations aimed at enhancing our understanding of the law of Karma, we can learn to recognize and eliminate the causes of suffering, while generating new causes for happiness. This training enables us to break free from negative patterns and create new causes and conditions of happiness. How wonderful!

Inner Freedom Through Purifcation
with Geronimo Esparza
The root of all our suffering is our negative karma — the imprints left on our mind by our negative actions of body, speech, and mind. But this karma is not fixed. Through sincere practice of the four opponent powers — regret, reliance, the opponent force, and promise — we have the ability to purify these previous negative actions and destroy the potentials of our past actions.
In this four-part series, we explore each power in depth — not just as concepts, but as living practices we can integrate into everyday life. Each session combines guided meditation with practical instruction, giving us the tools to genuinely transform our mind and move toward lasting inner peace.
