Everyone wants to experience true love. Sometimes we may wonder if it's possible to love others without having to experience pain from a broken heart. Join us as we engage in four meditations that will help us discover the real reason why love might seem so heavy and risky. With this new insight we can develop true love for others and begin to move towards the state where the pain reduces and eventually disappears. How wonderful!

About the Teacher

Geronimo Esparza has been studying and practicing at KMC Phoenix since 2009 and is currently studying on the Foundation Program. He is known for his love of Dharma, his lighthearted approach, and deep understanding of how help practitioners incorporate meditation into their daily life.
