The "Finding Inner Peace" meditation series is a month-long program designed to help participants cultivate tranquility and well-being through guided meditations and Buddhist teachings. The series addresses modern life challenges by offering tools to manage stress, transform negative emotions, and develop inner resilience. Participants will explore foundational meditation practices and learn the importance of compassion, forgiveness, and mindfulness. Suitable for all levels, this series provides a structured path towards achieving and maintaining inner peace in daily life.

July 3rd: The Foundations of Inner Peace
July 10th: Overcoming Negative Emotions
July 17th: Developing Compassion and Empathy

Due to the wonderful International Summer Festival, the Center will be closed from July 23rd to August 10th.

We will resume our Wednesday evening classes on August the 14th.
