Mondays: Essential Practices of Kadampa Buddhism

The class begins with a guided breathing and relaxation meditation to help stop any busyness within the mind. In this class we are looking in more depth at topics within Kadampa Buddhism and meditation to help improve our experience of inner peace. The class ends with a concluding meditation on the topic studied and time for any questions.

Wednesdays: Simply Meditate
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

These classes are designed to help people gain personal experience of inner peace through the practice of meditation, to overcome their daily problems, and to find real happiness in their hearts so they can be of benefit to those around them. The classes are suitable for people with entry-level experience.

This is a more in depth study program class that is by enrollment only. It is generally advised to attend one of our drop-in classes for a while before enrolling in this class.

The Foundation Program is a unique structured study program that enables us to gain experience of Buddhist teachings with a deeper understanding and to develop a regular meditation practice.
We will begin studying Universal Compassion in October. It's a great time to join! More information about the class is here.
