February 29 -- Detox your mind: Silent Half Day Retreat

Our daily life is often so fast-paced, filled with activity, technology, and ever increasing stimulation. At the end of the day we can feel scattered, stressed, and emotionally unsettled. Over time we can carry a lot of stress and adopt unhealthy habits. Although we are more digitally connected than ever, we are increasingly disconnected from our peace of mind.

In this half day guided meditation retreat with Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Tabkay, you will find the space and time to truly de-stress, disconnect from digital life and reconnect with inner peace and contentment.

Through a special breathing meditation, combined with mental mantra recitation, you can detoxify your body, speech, and mind and improve your good heart. Bring greater peace and happiness into your life and the lives of those around you.
