Meditations on loving-kindness are simple, potent, and accessible even to busy people. In this course, we will look at different loving-kindness meditations that will help us develop confidence, relax, and improve our relationships with friends, family, and coworkers. We will emphasize how to integrate these meditations into our daily activities so that we will feel empowered to use them throughout the rest of our life.
