Lamrim Retreat

The Lamrim instructions form the main body of Buddha’s teachings. By integrating these instructions into our daily life, we can learn how to control our mind and always keep a good motivation in our heart. This will make all our daily actions pure and meaningful and, as we experience increasingly more peaceful states of mind, we will discover the supreme happiness of enlightenment.

Session 3, Saturday 11am-12:30pm - Emptiness

Heruka Retreat*

Highest Yoga Tantra is a special method for attaining enlightenment in this one short life. The very essence of Highest Yoga Tantra can be found in the practices of Heruka and Vajrayogini.

*This retreat will focus on the Yoga of Buddha Heruka sadhana and is for HYT practitioners only.

Amitayus Retreat

This retreat happens at the beginning of the year as an opportunity to focus on the meditation practice of Amitayus, the Buddha of Immeasurable Life, which is a special method for increasing our lifespan, wisdom and merit. A wonderful way to begin the new year. Every welcome!

In each unguided session, we will engage in the practice called The Yoga of Buddha Amitayus

Gen Kelsang Chenma

About the teacher

Gen Kelsang Chenma is the Resident Teacher at KMC Phoenix. She was ordained by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in 2004 and has been studying and practicing Kadam Dharma for over 25 years. She is dedicated to helping others discover the benefits of meditation and the teachings of Buddha. Her teaching style is down to earth and practical and shows us how to apply these teachings in our daily lives to improve our happiness, wisdom and well-being.
