with Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Chenma
$25/member discounts available
Buddha taught that there is no certainty in this world. We long for stability and yet deep down we know that life is uncertain. How can we deal with this uncertainty? Is it possible to fully embrace our life and all its possibilities? To engage fearlessly with our relationships and our world, welcoming wholeheartedly the challenges that come and turning them to our advantage?

In this workshop we’ll explore techniques to maintain a balanced mind amidst the unknown, cultivate inner peace, and embrace acceptance of challenging situations.
Please join us for this half-day workshop. The morning will be divided into 2 sessions with a half hour break in-between.
Everyone is welcome.
