HYT Practice Class
Following the NKT-IKBU International Summer Festival at Manjushri KMC in England we can learn to put the teachings we learned into practice in this course.

In this class you will learn what you need for a qualified Tantric practice, the supreme quick path to enlightenment, and in this way begin getting to know your pure self. Gen Chenma will teach and guide meditations on Vajrayogini practice using the sadhana Quick Path to Great Bliss.

About the teacher
Gen Kelsang Chenma is the Resident Teacher at KMC Phoenix. She was ordained by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in 2004 and has been studying and practicing Kadam Dharma for over 25 years. She is dedicated to helping others discover the benefits of meditation and the teachings of Buddha. Her teaching style is down to earth and practical and shows us how to apply these teachings in our daily lives to improve our happiness, wisdom and well-being.
