Due to not understanding the true nature of things, we often become overly obsessed with and controlled by our feelings. Our inner peace bounces around like a yo-yo as we exhaust ourselves chasing after pleasant feelings, and trying to avoid unpleasant feelings. In this special meditation course, by understanding and meditating on the true nature of our feelings, we can find mental balance, freedom, and inner peace.

ABOUT the teachers

Diane Ledger is a seasoned Meditation Teacher with 19 years of experience in Buddha's teachings. She has helped numerous practitioners achieve their goals in developing methods to grow inner peace and happiness. She is known for her humor, sincerity, and direct application of meditation practice.

Phyllis Fargotstein has been a practitioner of KMC Phoenix for more than a decade and is currently a student on the Teacher Training Program. Phyllis is known for her loving heart, humor, and ability in connecting with Buddha's teachings.
