How many treatments are recommended?


Improvements can be seen with every treatment, but a course of 4-8 treatments is recommended every 2-4 weeks for maximum results.




What is IPL?


Intense Pulsed Light is a light base treatment assisting a variety of concerns such as: * Thread Vein (spider vein) removal * Rosacea Reduction * Pigmentation Reduction * Acne Treatment * Skin Rejuvenation




Who is the treatment suitable for?


IPL Skin Rejuvenation treatments can be effectively used to treat: * Freckles, Sunspots and other Hyperpigmented areas * Acne (the light energy destroys bacteria colonising your skin) * Sun Damage and/or Redness * Broken Capillaries * Uneven Colouring * Stubborn Melasma




What can I expect after my treatment?


Immediately following your treatment, you may feel “slightly sunburnt” and the treated area may be a little pink for several hours. Clients who have Pigmentation will notice the pigment darken after the treatment. The Pigmentation hardens and flakes off gradually over the next two weeks.




What areas can I have treated?


This can treat anywhere where the sun has caused damage and abnormal Pigmentation e.g. the face, chest, neck and hands.

Buddhism is a non-evangelical religion and so everyone is invited to use whatever aspects of the teachings they find helpful and to not worry about the rest!

The classes will allow you to relax your mind and return home energized and refreshed. They will provide you with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, and problems. They will also help you to overcome negative states of mind such as anger and jealousy and to cultivate positive minds such as patience and love. The talks and guided meditations will provide you with the foundation for developing a powerful meditation practice. A regular meditation practice has many benefits:
