Meditation gives rise to peace of mind, which in turn brings us happiness and freedom from stress, anxiety and difficult relationships. This program has been carefully designed to help everyone develop an enduring meditation practice.  Discover the joy of meditation and become a life-long meditator! Each class includes instructions on how to meditate, 2 guided meditations, time for Q&A and advice on how to apply meditation to our busy lives and increase our inner peace.
