Join us this Halloween as we learn about all the beings that are unseen. By recognizing what they experience we can begin to deepen our understanding and grow our universal compassion. May every living being be happy and free from suffering.

CEMETARY WALK AND MEDITATION
Mediating on death and impermanence gives us great meaning in our lives.

During this walk we will wander through the graveyard, contemplating death and discussing it's meaning. The walk will end with a guided meditation on death and impermanence.

About the teacher
Gen Kelsang Chenma is the Resident Teacher at KMC Phoenix. She was ordained by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in 2004 and has been studying and practicing Kadam Dharma for over 25 years. She is dedicated to helping others discover the benefits of meditation and the teachings of Buddha. Her teaching style is down to earth and practical and shows us how to apply these teachings in our daily lives to improve our happiness, wisdom and well-being.
